The Usual Suspects

  1. Oops. Poor Mr. Barton. He probably forgot that he was in a public session and that he was on camera. He just said the kind of thing that is said behind closed doors all the time by all the congressmen owned by the oil lobby. Too bad that he was forced to apologize for saying how he really felt.

  2. I think Senator Barton needs to go in for an 'wealth redistribution'. If you ask me.

  3. Yeah, Gerry. Barton is a Republicant. One thing everyone should know is that the Republicant Party is no longer the GOP. Now it's the GOBP

  4. As Plunkett of Tammany Hall would have said, the honest politicians are the ones who stay bought.

But it's terribly invidious to suggest that the republican party is owned by BP. How can you possibly forget all the other fine institutions that also would like to support the cause of corporate free speech?
